About California Manufacturing Workforce Foundation Formerly know as the LANTMA Foundation, the California Manufacturing Workforce Foundation’s goal is to aid students toward careers in American manufacturing.

We exist to financially support education in manufacturing careers in the California area. We provide educational scholarships for the benefit of students enrolled in institutions involved with machinist training as well as other disciplines which are vital in the operation of all sizes of manufacturing companies.
